Anbernic have been doing a lot of shady stuff with their devices as of late, especially when it comes to QC. Doesn’t suprise me they’ve cut corners elsewhere too.
Par for the course for Chinese companies.
The headline on the article seems a little sensationalized, implying that an entire genre of device is getting banned when one model that doesn’t meet environmental safety standards doesn’t has been banned.
Exactly why I replaced the headline when posting here to avoid that.
