When I could exercise a lot, everything else got easier. Regular sleep, good eating habits etc. Now that I can’t it’s pretty much a crapshoot. I didn’t eat fast food for years and I was at the gym 5 times per week at least. Exercise is really important for ADHD.

Honestly, the key to happiness is having zero expectations. So, this kinda checks.

I was thinking a computer! Multiple people can connect to your tailscale and jellyfin at once. That’s not so much an issue. Other than that, there’s not so much more than installing the app and signing in with email or Google then sending them a link. I use a shared email and pass to speed up the process.
