Konami has recently released new character profiles for the first game on the official site of Suikoden 1 and 2 HD Remaster, adding depth to five main characters from Suikoden 2. The update includes detailed backgrounds, artwork, and sprites for Riou, Jowy, Nanami, Viktor, and Flik.
With their distinct combat styles - Riou wielding tonfas, Jowy utilizing a bo staff, Nanami wields nunchaku, while Viktor and Flik are equipped with swords - each character showcases their unique skills.
The HD Remaster is set for release on PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch on March 6, 2025.

What an awesome game for it’s time! The first game I remember you could recruit your player character from the previous game if the save was on the same memory card. Then, like it’s predecessor, it turns into an RTS with all the characters you collected for a huge force-on-force throwdown. That was money, I wonder what they’ll give us in March!
