You know what, for the time being at least, lemmy sucks real bad, I have a community which I was posting almost everyday, it reached 170 followers and after five days without posting anything, because nobody else cares to do it! now the page has 116 followers and I guess the number will decrease more, which means lemmy is full of bots and toxic dumb users who want to do nothing other than sit on their ass and wait for one mod to provide them with content.

For the very few that try to be different I m really sry!

    Eh?

Maybe you could have spread awareness about your community and bring in new community comrades with positive engagement?

Your post seems like a random outburst

And if it’s your instance’s content that you see as toxic, you can curate your feed. Or even make a new account in another instance.

If you’re into progressive and leftist politics, Lemmy.ml, Hexbear and grad maybe good. For science mander maybe good.

Not it’s not random, I have this community for almost two months now, and as I said to a previews post despite that I m posting almost every day the followers fluctuate up and down extremely too much, I think it’s a waste of time right now actually

It seems like you don’t actually understand how to get your community posts to more people.

Lemmy doesn’t spread content to all other instances by default. The whole process is pretty clunky and takes far more effort than it should to promote new places.

Have you announced the community on !newcommunities@lemmy.world or anything? Discovery on Lemmy leaves a lot to be desired in its current form.
