You inspired me to do a little research on my local shitty mall and it turns out they didn’t get city permission for their little scheme, so all they can do is send you demands for payment, and if you get a bunch of fake tickets in 12 months they can threaten to tow.
Since I go there only a couple of times a year, sounds like I get free parking.
I didn’t pay a couple of private tickets, over ten years passed, and so far I have been fine, but I’m not a lawyer…
