If you’re getting these regularly I’ve found more potassium in my diet helped a huge amount.
Magnesium, for me.

I dislocated the meniscus of my left knee while sleeping few weeks ago.
I’ve had a piece of rebar go through my calf and I still think these hurt worse than that…
I used to get these all the time and now I don’t. Hydration and nutrition works wonders.
