Why does the big-headed fellow not have eyes
I guess it’s just a user, it barely has a face properly speaking.
The real question is, why is windows’ personification cute?
i mean on the outside windows does look pretty slick
there is a reason that people on c/unixporn@* are regularly trying to replicate the look of windows

i think it is an anime thing, where generic characters (here depicting a generic user) don’t have any hair or eyes

i know a similar thing from hentai, where if the focus is on the girl and the men are bald and eyeless, although their heads are mostly outside of the frame
