Played the shit out of this and Rush 2049 on the Sega Dreamcast. I miss these arcadey racers with exploration. I feel like Burnout Paradise was the end of these.

That game ruled, I remember one of the tracks had a huge hidden stunt room you could find.
Yep Papy’s Land! Also the Alcatraz track was hidden in the game files for over a decade before someone found it using a game shark.
