Honestly that Prince WAS pretty sus though. Like, what exactly did he love about her? Her strict adherence to traditional patriarchal norms?

    The difference being that Diogenes only would be doing this to show the Prince to be a fool and not be seeking further interaction except, perhaps, further mockery.

    I also want to say that Diogenes was far more interested in women than he was in men, given that at least one of his affairs is fairly well known. The same cannot be said for Socrates.

      Fair enough, Diogenes wouldn’t own a fancy dress either, but I was referring to the way that character argued and messed with the other one; it just seems to fit more with Diogenes than Socrates.
