Ive heard and seen some images and videos of soliders building their own antidrone ammo. They rip the tip off the casing and heat shrink a coulple of bbs together and crimp them to the casing. I’m not certain how legitimate or effective it is but I’ve seen several videos and images of it. They recomend staggering the homemade rounds with tracer rounds to help with aiming.
Put that cost pressure on then invest heavily into public transit that does not rely on tires. If you have high frequency service (at least every 20 minutes, ideally closer to 5) then relying on a tram schedule isnt really a big deal. If the tram has priority at intersections, it is much easier to stay on schedule.

Im my experience they were not prepared, even when they are the ones doing the abandoning.
If it has a valve on the outlet of the water heater, you can close that and flush cold water through the heater and out the bottom drain by opening the drain. This will also have more pressure and volume of water to flush with.
I think this technique varies in success depending on the content of the video. And for some people even just being satisfied enough with their own drawings is too distracting or time consuming compared to less diverse stock footage options. They may be self conscious about their skills as an artist or worried that their drawing isn’t really expressing their point as well as stock footage might have.
Even just whipping up some stick people in paint, saving the frames, and ordering them in the video can be more time consuming than picking some clips from an existing library of footage. Many youtubers still have full time jobs and may not have the time or creative energy to add their own drawings to a video.
Many of them really consider their spoken part to be the majority of their content, the stock footage is there to keep our attention, it isn’t necessarily the whole point of their channel and lets them get their points across without spending tons of time or money on their own footage. Many of this style of youtuber will also include charts, graphs, or diagrams when relevant between the stock footage. It gets them more views than some boring powerpoint style presentation between graphics.

If only the kid was simultaneously defunded and had more training. Then they could have descalated everything.
Why is the postal worker letting themselves into my house and threatening with language like “I’ll F you up?”
He didn’t kill the suspect just injured and the suspect had threatened to kill him.
He didn’t kill the intruder.
The kid does claim the suspect threatened to harm or kill him.
Your brain is pretty good at ignoring those kinds of reactions when adrenaline is pumping and you are worried about your own safety. Same reason people who are typically nonviolent can throw a good punch if assaulted. We are still animals and we have fight or flight instincts that trigger fast.
The guy could have broken into the next house over and actually harmed someone. At least with the injury law enforcement was able to catch them.
The intruder had also already threatened to hurt/kill the kid, for all the kid knew the intruder could’ve planned on using the fence as concealment before using their own gun. Maybe the intruder was intending to come back later hoping to catch the kid sleeping and get some kind of revenge.
No civilian should be approaching a wounder intruder. They could have a concealed weapon like a knife or a gun.
When the intruder broke in, they probably had a tough guy attitude and that attitude changed real quick when they felt pain.
The kid is 11, they probably don’t think much about the bigger picture in situations like this and hes probably just proud he’s alive and wanted to be funny cause hes on camera. I’d probably rub the bad idea in their face a bit to if someone broke into my home and threatened my family.
It isn’t like this kid just assaulted a random guy, there was a genuine threat here.
Breaking into a house and threatening a child is pyschopath behavior.
The kid is 11, he is going to need a long time to process what has happen. There was adrenaline pumping, genuine risk to his life and a culture of self defense. Did you expect him to suddenly grab a medkit and approach someone larger and older than him who may not be fully incapacitated and already threatened him?
Would you rather just let the kid be at the whim of the intruder? How much sympathy should a kid be expected to give to someone who broke into his home?
This could have easily turned into a barricaded suspect with a hostage.
Guns should never be cleaned with live ammo inside them.
