If the US reserves gold, why do they also reserve silver? Why do they reserve grain, oil, steel, cheese, or foreign currencies?
Because it’s dumb to put all your eggs in one basket and the more you diversify, the safer it is. Like it or not, Bitcoin is an asset; and barring a global disaster that knocks out all electronics, it’s unlikely to go away. It makes sense to have some and sit on it.
Will there come a time when everything falls apart and the only way to trade with another power is with tons of wheels of cheese? Probably not, but if it does, the US is ready.
Will the same ever happen with Bitcoin? Probably not, but if it does, the US is ready.
Should there be a collapse of the US economy, or global markets stop using the dollar standard, or sanctions placed on US banks by other countries, a store of alternative currency is good to have.
Aww that’s ok. Maybe the judge will be on your side and reject the sale to anyone but your shell company. You’ll get it back!
Loved this show. The theme song still pops into my head occasionally.
Why do you presume this is about Americans?
American tourists are much less common in Thailand than English or Australians.
What are those words in my comment directly after the word “women”? I just can’t quite make them out. Can you read them?
Careful there friend, you’re awfully close to reinforcing a negative view towards women/people in general based entirely off of a conversation on the internet that is most likely fake anyways.
Golly, you’d have to be a real stupid jackass to let that happen, huh? Just a completely brain dead, ignorant, son-of-a-bitch.
Fortunately you’re smarter than that, right? Right?
I mean, the UK has 2 out of 3 of those. And most countries have the violent racism.
That’s the thing about the “fuck cars, everyone should switch to bicycles” mindset. For most cities, especially in the US, it’s just not safe yet.
You can say that if more people rode, or bike friendly infrastructure was put in place, then it’d be safer, but it’s just not safe yet.
You can say it’s more healthy than cars and doesn’t take as much time or energy as people think, especially with e-bikes; but it’s just not safe yet.
After seeing my 3rd friend in Seattle (supposedly a fairly “bike friendly” city) get hit by a car and need to be hospitalized, I decided biking is not for me and may never be. Since then, 2 more friends have gotten in accidents. I don’t exactly have a large group of friends and if you widdle that down to friends who predominantly bike as their method of transportation, I’m looking at over a 60% accident rate for bikers I know.
It’s just not safe yet.
One Punch Man?
The butchering mechanic is mostly there as a joke. After you do it once, you unlock a much better and friendlier version of recycling your duplicate Pals.
You know. In all the iterations of spiderman in the spiderverse, I’m surprised there hasnt been a ground spiderman who digs burrows and pops out of the ground to attack foes.
I would like to know what setup can transfer 8K wirelessly without issues.

Ehhh. Aircraft seat rails are pretty freaking durable and the way seats attach to them are generally extremely secure. I wouldnt be surprised if the floor ripped away before the seat.
I mean, it might have made sense if it lined up with the equatorial channel that the death star has. If the inside was exploding and that was the weakest area, material would be ejected out the ring first before the rest of the structure exploded. That might, indeed cause a ring effect. But in this scene the ring is going vertically, not horizontally. So yea, doesn’t make much sense.
Ok, then don’t buy any 🤪
