There’s a pizza spot near my hometown that serves square slices, and their dough is sweet and thin like pie crust. It’s either a love or hate kinda thing but a definite must try. I can only ever stomach one slice because it’s so greasy.

I can’t articulate why, but this feels a little dystopian.

Learned this when my dad died and I reached out to all of my buddies to help me get through it. They all disappeared.

There are types of loans that require 0% down. It’s difficult, though, because monthly payments will be higher. Still a valid approach in some parts of the country. I managed to buy my first home this way with no help from my parents - and yes it was in the Midwest where no one wants to live.
