  • He has 2 options.

First is the obvious saying that there’s nothing stopping him from running for a 3rd term, and once again using Jim Crow era vote suppression and other slimy tricks to win again.

The second option is to just declare that presidency is a for-life position. He can do that, after all.

And he’s making that last part perfectly clear. He is above the law. There are no consequences for him breaking the law, and nothing stopping him from doing whatever he wants. The people who could are so polite that if words won’t stop him, they say more words at him. That’ll do it!

  • For even more fun: agree. Then elaborate. Lean right on into the insult, flip it into a good thing, or a ‘oh thanks for pointing that out, I’ll reflect on that’ depending on the tupe of insult.

It’s amazing how MAD trolls get when you remain calm and treat ad homenim as either a compliment or means to self-reflect.

Watching them try more and more insults, getting angrier and angrier, until they just give up. It brings me joy!

  • Without any studies as backing, my best guess is “Dogs have owners, cats have servents”.

Alternatively: Dog thinks ‘Human gives me food and cleans my poop. Human must be a god!’. Cat thinks ‘Human gives me food and cleans my poop. I must be a god!’

And apparently cats have us psychologically hacked to adore them in multiple ways. Like how their purr is helpful for human stress relief.

Tl;dr I think it’s because cats own you back, and a narcissist would have an easy time hating them for that.

  • Genuinely though, it would not surprise anymore. We have subscription based cars selling your info to insurance companies, retroactively ammended purchase experiences everywhere, and every dang app and website harvesting as much info on you as physically possible no matter how mundane.

Dick info reporting toilets would not at all catch me by surprise at this point.

  • Found in the comments on Steam. On one hand, I love that Steam is going in the opposite direction of literally every other company. On the other hand, it does seem like it’s not being done to be good guys.

It still was a nice surprise to see “btw no forced arbitration”.

Edit: I am too lazy to look for real sources, so take this with a grain of salt and go look for the real sources I’m too lazy to look for.
