I would not call it pretty common, but it happens, yes.

You don’t need to reinstall. You could keep the old partition and format it and add it as a new volume while keeping the current installation.
If the windows volume is to the right of the Linux volume, you could also boot a live-usb and drop the windows partition and then extend the Linux partition then extend the Linux filesystem to cover all disk space. If it is to the left, you can do the same but you’d need to move the partition and reinstall the bootloader as well.
A backup would be mandatory If you don’t really know what you would be doing with the above, however. But if you do, it’s a lot easier and faster than to rebuild everything from scratch.
Aren’t all sprites prerendered? What is the alternative, hand drawn ones? That would go waaay back…
I am not sure prerendered describes ja2 and fallout (some of the best games tbh). Aren’t those just sprites?
The rest I have not played.
You’d have died either way most likely. Git gud.
Indeed, but don’t underestimate my laziness.
But yeah, sometimes I just compile from source, if needed.
There is no software that is not in AUR. I use arch, BTW.
Slice and dice is similarly fun.
Sorry, the greatest Rpg remains planescape Torment.
Huh does that actually work? Don’t have a system handy to try it out.
I haven’t played it, but I have heard good words for having a few playthroughs. But I believe it does not have the staying power of POE.
Well, OP could always play BG1 and BG2 which are still two of the greatest games ever.
Path of exile is superior.
Need an extra i at the end, though.
I will upvote but I do not dare press the link. Yikes.
I just got it onthe recommendation of a friend, can attest that it is good.
This is generally illegal and heavily fined as well. Depends on where you live, I guess.
Taking the internet into consideration, I would doubt “most”.
