I didn’t know it existed till making this post, as someone that’s new those are just the only two I hear about.

I’ll be honest I didn’t even know cinnamon and plasma were different things till making this post, they look and feel so similar from the little bit I’ve used them.

I think ChatGPT and other Ai can be a fantastic tool if you use it responsibly. It’s a great help in learning and practicing thing. I’ve very recently made my first server and it’s great at answering all my simple questions that I sometimes feel hesitant to bother people with, and little things like that. Sometimes I’ll ask it to give me a simple kind of structure or bullet point list of topics I need to make sure to hit in my writing, or weirdly enough it’s pretty good at helping me with substitutions in recipes, or other little things like that. And I personally think that all of this is fine.

But I’m entirely against using it to create any kind of final product. Having it do any kind of actual final work is just stupid and lazy. I truly don’t think Ai is capable of making anything that’s worth peoples time really, and in the amount of time you’ll spend meticulously explaining everything that you want or need for whatever it is you have it generating for you, you could’ve just made it yourself. That’s where I draw the line. I don’t think Ai has to be inherently evil or anything because it can be a great tool, but you can’t rely on it to actually do things for you.

My answer was from @EmoPolarbear@lemmy.ca, who said pointig two different services that can provide digital files to the same folder is never a good idea. Even though I turned off OneDrive which I thought would avoid anything going wrong, it was still pretty bad, so just don’t do it in the first place. Probably read their whole comment though to make sure you understand fully

Yep I sure did the thing you said not to do. I’m very new to a lot of this stuff still learning, I didn’t think about it and thought it would just work in was able to recover all my files and everything is fine so I’m not worried about it anymore and I understand the issue now. So this has just been a learning experience, I’m moving on with the second message you suggested and just making a new folder and copying stuff over. Thanks for the input man

I’d love to see Ocarina of Time and Majoras Mask get a full remade release, bundled together into one game ideally. Sure we got the 3ds remakes but I wanna see it back on home consoles, like tp and ww HD.
