My bad for asumming that most subscribers know what mov-cli and lobster do. What I’m asking for is a program that takes the title of a movie or series as an input from the command line and start scrapping movie sites and when the movie or series is found it starts streaming it to mpv.
Good point. I was confused because my other headphones when they are in pairing mode a blue light flashes repeatedly, but after reading the manual for the XM5 this means that are not connected not that they are in pairing mode, and as you said for pairing mode you have the press the power button for 5 seconds, the problem is that when I do that the headphones shutdown, May be there is an option to change that, I will check it out.

We are talking about privacy, not security, like when being individually targeted by the state or someone else, that’s another topic. Privacy-wise the main source of information about you comes from apps that collect all the information available (which is huge), they sell it to data brokers which in turn sell it other companies that tipically try to sell you something or want to know your habits (like your employers). If you don’t use their apps they can’t collect information about you and sell it, and that happens when you migrate to free software. Only location will still be collected because mobile service providers log it and sell it, but there are ways to mitigate that too.
Turns out the older your data the less it is worth
That’s why I think is not the best approach to delete your accounts. Keep an old phone with all your accounts and every now and then watch a random video, make a random search, follow a random profile, and so on with all your accounts. Over time your true profile will become obsolete and buried under fake data.
Yeah, the solution to apps selling your data is using only free software, the only problem that still remains is that your mobile network provider also sells your location data.
Social Media is not the only problem, it’s far worse than that and you will not solve it leaving social media. Your employers get all the information about you from what is called ‘data brokers’ which are the ones who buy the data collected by all the apps that you install in your phone and sell it to everyone interested, not only companies trying to sell you something, but also employers like the case you posted and also state agencies, who dodge in this way breaking the law by spying you. Because learning Linux takes time, I’ve been using Linux and the command line many years and it’s the first time I come across that command. I even made an alias for ‘history | grep’ to search for commands in history 😂

It doesn’t do anything, just prints a blank line.
Yeah, it’s bash. But !12345 executes the command 12345, but I don’t want to execute it, just print it to the prompt.
I was just told, but for the quick test I did I doesn’t seem to let me modified the command before executing it.

The universe is so unimaginable large and there are so many stars and planets that there are good chances of the existence of extra terrestrial life, but at same time there is a very small chance that they can find us, even if they are advanced enough to search for life in the universe. If they are much more advanced than us they probably don’t care, in the same way we don’t care to try to make contact with all the ants of the earth.
