I have an idea for a project that would enable the driver to connect/disconnect the cellular and WiFi antennas on a Tesla via a switch. I did some research and it’s more expensive/complicated that I hoped so I haven’t done anything about it but it’s definitely possible.
One good thing about EVs is that generally they’re extremely low maintenance.

1·17 days agoYeah man, most microwaves I’ve seen lately have a “popcorn” button too. Mine has a total of 28 buttons but it’s also a convection oven and air fryer.
That sounds nice but from my experience most people’s eyes glaze over when I start talking about Watts. It seems to confuse most people unfortunately.
Your not actually lowering the power, it’s just lowering the duty time.
Correct, but I think most people don’t think about that.
You know how when you microwave a hot pocket, burrito, etc. and the outside is lava but the center is still cold or even frozen? Well, microwaves have a power setting. You can set the power generally from 10% - 100%, usually in increments of 10. You can set the power to a lower percentage and give it additional time such that it will cook slower and heat more evenly.
Setting it to 70% power

The stalls at my work have zero gaps whatsoever and the door/walls (which are made of wood) go almost to the floor. There’s fairly high quality locking handles that indicate whether or not it’s occupied. It’s amazing and I don’t know of any other public restroom in my area like it.
