I mean, that’s okay. This is an IRC channel of friends, but it’s hard to imagine in a converaation with strangers. Sure, it can happen, and I’d say some subreddits are more prone for this to happen than others, but something in the conversation is off, even inorganic.

Well, I love my good old Redmi Note 4 Pro (mido) running postmarketOS. Granted, it’s not a daily driver. But yeah, I’m excited enough to install Plasma OS.

My first was a rare CPU, but not that old. It was my first PC and was fanless, which I used to think was normal until years later. It was a VIA Cyrix III, maybe 32 MB RAM. Another interesting thing about this CPU was its overclock capabilities. I don’t know how it did survive my overclocking, since I genuinely didn’t have a clue, except that if I raised the numbers, KDE could run, but if I didn’t, well, Xfce was also cool.

Ah, yes, the WEP key passphrase era. I was a student then, and you could find me on the roof trying to get a stable signal to inject and capture data packets. Otherwise, no internet for me.

Typical vegan mindset, categorical for everything. Since taxa is the same for you no matter the level, hey, why do you eat your brothers fungi, herbs and tree babies? Are you some kind of a cannibal?

It’s, again, that categorical mindset of veganism, as they divide the world into them and the others. While they all do occur, that doesn’t mean it always occurs everywhere. And yes, eating meat sometimes involves suffering, but that’s not the same as torture.
