I’m apparently a bit mean in my sleep. I’ve gotten very protective over my sleep in the last few years as consistent sleep has always been something I’ve struggled with, and so when my partner accidentally wakes me up I apparently grumble and act very dramatic about it.
I’ll often ask in the morning, “Was I mean at all last night?” I feel bad about it but I have no idea that it’s happening.
Smoke weed and listen to D&D podcasts on headband headphones. I sleep better than I ever have before.

Remember when you used to get your shoe stuck in the ribbon of fabric that would detach in a loop from the bottom of a leg. For some reason it was always only one leg.
I had a friend in college who shopped around between all the available therapists and finally decided on the one she had the best rapport with. I know there are wait times and other difficulties, but it goes a long way to find somebody you click with.
I’ve been trying this method for my last several loaves, and it works well so far. My only complaint is that my bread is so much less sour! Any tips on using a frugal method like this while increasing sourness?
I had thought that a starter kept in cooler temperatures would be more sour, but so far that’s not the case. I guess I could discard some and go through more builds before making dough.

Do you also have a robot vacuum, or do you just let the mop do it’s thing? I have two very hairy animals, so we get tumbleweeds of hair around the house.
Do you build from what’s removed from the fridge, and what portion of your bread does that end up being? Sounds pretty no nonsense, but I was under the impression that the feeding needs to happen somewhere warmer. I guess that’s not true?
I’ve been trying no-discard-micro-starters. I keep 8 g in the fridge, and build over a few days to bake. Not sure how viable it is long-term but it seems to be working so far. Would love anyone’s input if they have more information about long-term viability.
