In good news for future animation figureheads, there might be a new way to revive frozen brains without damaging them. Scientists in China have developed a new chemical concoction that lets brain tissue function again after being frozen.
Very interesting result but it’s sad reading about having a 9 month old baby’s brain tissue being cut up into 2-3mm chunks. With the retraction of some papers in China due to ethics of samples being taken from unwilling minority groups I was hoping to see a bit more about where the samples came from in the paper.
