I honestly don’t get the implication… For a second there I thought he like shot off into space but then where’s the woman and the other guy? I’m pretty confused
The man was staring at the woman’s scandalously bare ankle and accidentally ran into Everett True. The cracked pavement and loose hat on the ground are the aftermath of Mr. True’s reaction.
