There was a viral video regarding this where the boxer dislocated his arm due to the sheer force of his punch (missed the opponent), the coach put it back in, and then went on fighting in the same round.
Aren’t the strong body parts what allows them to punch so fast? Therefore if she was able to punch so fast her body should be fine as well

Unless if she also have enamel laminated fist, then yeah she would be unharmed while whoever received those punch will be pulverised.
