Slightly offtopic, but in case anyone wants internet for on the go, there’s something called: Calyx Internet (USA Only)
Its a non-profit that has an old contract with sprint now acquired by Tmobile, for educational purposes.
The cheapest is $150 for 3 months of LTE internet, no throttle, no caps (allegedly, I haven’t used more than a terabyte so I can’t confirm)
Speeds for me in urban (or maybe suburban, I live in an area with single family houses) are is 20mbps and 20mbps down, sometime higher, sometimes lower, depending on confestion. Never got any lower than 10 up / 10 down, highest I saw was 35 up / 35 down.
Not “Great” internet, but its decent.
Video is throttled to 2.5mp but VPN bypass it.
Uses Tmobile cell towers.
Its the same Calyx that made CalyxOS
Search “Calyx Internet”
I just want to share this because its such a great thing I feel like people should know. #notsponsored
