Nah, that’s a PAL Mega Drive. It runs 17% slower than a Genesis and the graphics are vertically squished. They buried it so they could use the better NTSC models.
Games for all of these PAL consoles only run 16% slower if programmers didn’t do jack shit to make them properly run. Probably most of them, but still.
