I’m pretty sure it’s actually delayed sleep phase disorder. I have a naturally nocturnal sleep cycle. I feel energized at 2am. But I have to work during the day.
But also, I work 60 hour weeks, which is draining no matter what your sleep cycle.

Some scientists say we all do, and trying to sleep just the one eight hour cycle is actually not the best way for us to sleep, but instead two 4-Hour cycles works best.
That’s why a lot of countries have an afternoon break, and then they work into the early evening after the break.
Shot, speak for youself. I’m so damn tired all the time I can fall asleep any time, anywhere, if given the opportunity.
*except when I want to sleep. Then I’m awake until three at night.

Nah, most people are energized by blue light, 9 or 10am is peak productivity. At least from the research I’ve seen.
