The selection at each location will depend on a socio economic make up of the area, sure. However, their core business is buying “brand” name product from mainline retailers and then resell them. So what the quality varies based on what brand you are buying. It ain’t all bottom of the barrel but good shit gets picked over pretty quickly. All of this in context of all clothes being turned into plastic waste for profit and as fuck you to the peasants classes. No cotton for you, slave.
