I get to pretend for a little while that things are OK. All of the songs are really happy. I think I get wrapped up in the nostalgia and remember being a kid.

I have to go with dubstep. Clown Core is interesting, but it still has sections that are clearly music. Dubstep is just noise.
Someone already mentioned going to HR or talking to your boss, but if you really want to shut it down just call her out on her bullshit. Make her explain her position and ask followup questions until she can’t respond. She’s just parroting some talking head, and you can even make a game out of trying to figure out which one she’s channeling
Mushrooms might actually fix them
This one. So many uninvited guests… No one wants them here, but they have to complain about how I live for some reason. I’m not even sure there will be another one it’s so bad. I think we’ll end up blocking numbers and changing phones to avoid them, etc
I rode a bike on that trail once. It was for some kind of event, and we were out there all day.
I went to work with my dad once, but only for a couple of hours. I can’t remember why, but we went to a really nice house, and I just sat in the basement while he did something with wires. I think he was in a hurry because he usually took extra time to explain things to me whenever we did stuff together, but we didn’t really talk about whatever he was doing that day.
No, I don’t think so. Did they give any reasoning for me? Maybe I’m missing something
I’ll probably go with something more minimalist like sway. I’m trying to branch out and try other things, but I needed a push to get started. I’m really open to anything. AwesomeWM was my goto for the longest time
I’ll give it another try soon. I’m rebuilding my server right now, and this might be something I could get into. Which window manager would you suggest?
I don’t think those are intrusive thoughts, at least that’s not what mine are like.
Exactly this. They never guide or try to cause anything, it’s just distressing. The way OP frames it makes it sound like the devil or something is talking to you. It’s more like “hey, do you remember that super embarrassing thing you said/did? Well lets play it on repeat for the next however many minutes”. It’s not something you’d ever want to do.
Hell yeah. Play what you love, who’s stopping you?
Linux for everything, but I’ve been meaning to try out BSD as well. I like that it’s a built by a community with people from around the world contributing to it.
I haven’t experienced any of those bugs either, but I can see how it would be an issue. I always thought the KDE team waited to release new updates, but maybe they’re rushing things now? Not trying to hate on KDE, I’ve only heard good things about the developers. Gnome always seemed like the more minimalist option between the two, and to me that means stability.
Probably in the bathroom.
Just one?
Great question!
I’d be willing to share with you. How does it work?
Polybar looks pretty cool
People will tell you. Worst I’ve had is a pulled back muscle from sneezing while leaning forward in my chair.
