I live in Australia, 7 figures mostly won’t cut it for a life of not working either. 10m will cover it almost anywhere though

Epic force refreshes pages including the library, that’s not a good thing. Don’t use shit I don’t want you to use. You can stop it auto updating the launcher though, which is a thing steam doesn’t seem to allow. In general, I don’t want any of my launchers doing things without me telling it to.
I have Epic on my computer, tons of games, even a handful I bought. It’s better than it was at launch, by a lot, but it isn’t something you can just leave open and trust to do fuck all for the most part. GoG is good for this, I can forget it’s open for days because it doesn’t do anything until you want it to
I actually wanted Epic to succeed enough that I messaged their support about the library being force refreshed, it’s apparently intended. If all I wanted was to suck up to a monopoly, why would I put any effort in to making it usable for me?
Recently saw a comic about a ‘shit shot Sally’, characters wondering why they had to be concerned if she’s a shit shot.
Grenade launcher.
It’s not really an alternative to steam because it can’t be used the same way. If epic is left open in the background online games randomly lag out due to epic, making it not a viable alternative.
Epic is nowhere near as good as steam. Steam I can open, leave open and ignore. Epic force refreshes pages like the fucking library and then my internet cracks a fit at the sudden large data draw.
Shop wise both are equal, epic now has reviews on the bottom of games so you don’t buy some 1 star trash without warning, but they are both more than just a shop.
10000 clicks a month? Man I might do that in a day or 2
Smart TVs are literally designed to spy on you, so that’s pretty shit. The software is shit, there are ads in thousand dollar TVs. It doesn’t need its own Netflix app that lags to fuck, or a YouTube app that is far worse than just using a computer.
I have a lot more fun in my performance car avoiding the top gears, actually. Like after 3rd im already losing my licence on the spot and getting bent over by the law, higher gears are just that but worse.
NVIDIA is the second biggest wankstain of a thing on my computer, unfortunately AMD didn’t put high end GPUs in laptops so there wasn’t a whole lot of choice.
Windows.
iOS in 2012 and android in 2014.
Really hard to hover for that alt text though
Famous sayings so not equal reality.
If you haven’t ridden a bike in 20 years, go try it. But now 2000 years.
My old phone screen was fine, I just hate bright lights and OLED gets way darker.
My new phone doesn’t have waterfall edges, presuming that’s a curved edge thing. Flat display on all sides, no side bullshit.
Another benefit of OLED, at least in my case (nothing phone 2a) is there’s no polarisation layer so I can wear my sunnies and look at my phone on any angle I please, instead of rotating it making the screen vanish. Laptop still does that and it’s super annoying, if I’m outside watching videos on it I just can’t use sunglasses.
As someone who has a good windows laptop at home, windows at work is actual garbage. We had a month where you just couldn’t use the search function, because the act of typing in the search bar caused enough problems it would close the search bar.
Odds are your home computer is somewhat competent and your work one is a steaming pile of trash not fit for purpose.
When I replaced my 5 year old phone the only two benefits I saw was OLED screen (never going without again) and the battery life going from maybe a day to like 40 hours
Either way I’m blind if there’s a big fucker next to me at the start, and it’s about 1/5th of the car moved to see either way. I guess that’s car dependant though, it’s only my direct rear visibility that sucks and sideways back is fine but I’ve definitely been in cars where trying to see what’s next to you and a bit back is hard.
Australian, I actually took a photo to show my point today. Technically didn’t reverse back because it’s back to back parks and you can drive through the first to be in the second, but same end result. My hood is 0.82% of the washington monument, presuming the information i found was correct (1400mm hood, 169m monument).
Sorry about it being a discord link, that’s just the most convenient thing for me right now as apparently I can’t just upload the image to the comment. Or I just don’t know how, either way. Can’t see shit to my left, I just happened to know there wasn’t anyone coming from when I got in the car, but if I didn’t it would be a massive pain in the arse despite leaving the park forwards.
We must have different parks, if there’s a car next to me regardless of facing forwards or back, I can’t see shit til I’m half out the park anyway. Part of that is most cars being twice the height of my previously normal sized car I guess, so I can’t see through their windows anymore.
Oddly enough, pee.
