#1 is correct. #2 is dumb. It’s for anyone and used already by all types of people. YouTube has people self sensor things they say such as the word “suicide”. You don’t have to self censor yourself on Rumble.
You don’t have to self-censor on YouTube, but YouTube / advertisers has/have every right to not monetize things they don’t like.
You also don’t have to self-censor if you host your own content. /shrug
