It was very clearly a joke about how women sharing their opinions on the internet is usually used against women and portrayed as “women are saying…” The internet has a bad problem with generalizing and painting all women as a monolith. That was the joke. I thought it was clear, but maybe not.
It could easily be read as sarcastic. In normal times, I don’t think that interpretation would be common, but in the internet of today, the toxicity is just so high it’s often the correct interpretation.
